Couldn't you get an Absolute Maple in Silver Sparkle? You could always swap the lugs, assuming the holes line up.

I would think a wanted post would be fine, but more people will see it in your sig.

The absolute line is not discontinued. You can still order drums with the old style lugs from any Yamaha dealer.

thanks for the heads up. i did heare that you could special order drums but that it would cost something like 20% above their normal drums. that's why i'd rather go second hand. also, the badges would match [img]smile.gif[/img]

thanks though. i've been lookin on ebay for a while (like almost 2 years) but it seems they're part of a shell pack and would not be separated.

any HOD'rs help would be most appreciated. =D
