Hey Steve!
Just caught this tune off your site...very nice stuff! I enjoyed the sound, tasty doubles on the hats, the tempo, ghost notin' and the overall energy presented. The song was fun to listen to. CD in the future???

Steve, I also just checked out the tune and others. Nice playin'! I really liked the slick ghost thing between the hi hat and snare very cool! Were those your Recording Customs on each of the recordings?

hey thanks guys, I appreciate it. When we did that session we did just those 4 tunes so that IS the demo. =)
Those are my Recording Customs on there, but I'm not really diggin the tom sounds. It was me that day though, not the drums. I swear by them.
I think Scattered is my Favorite of the 4. That 20" K Custom DRY ride swings nicely.

Yep - listened to "Freaky..." - nice work. I really "dug it" - &, [correct me if I'm wrong] - I dug that killer Vinnie [or Gary Novak?]-inspired lick [?! - to my ears, anyway ?] just after 1:25 in the tune - nice!

Thats what I call the "transitioning from the hat to the ride fill". It was nice that Jeff's solo seem to build at that time as well. Came together nicely I thought.
I HATE my drum solo in that tune though.
