Just for knowing, it,s true that the yamaha maple custom was made to imitate the gretsch drums? Just a question, please do not make laught of me.....

Un true Gamden. Maple Customs were co designed by Noble and Cooley to be like the CD Maples.

If anything is like Gretsch it would be CD Maples, diecast hoops, semi thin shell, but it's all maple and not gum/maple. Maple customs are thick shells.
