and thought maybe some people here might like it....it is for those of us who love peanut butter, chocolate and oats *yummy* and they are so easy even those who are cooking-challenged, like our Darren, can make these

    all in US measurements
    No Bake Cookies
3 cups quick cooking oats (porridge oats)
    3 Tbsp baking cocoa
    2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
    1 tsp of vanilla extract

Melt together sugar, milk, butter and cocoa. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Remove fom heat and add oats, peanut butter and vanilla and mix well. Drop onto wax paper and allow to cool. Then enjoy.

I love these cookies and always eat them all when I make them *so naughty of me but my hubby doesn't like peanut butter*

Everyone in the office I worked at in the UK loved them.

It is taking all my willpower to not go out in the kitchen and whip a batch up now....

Well I will be going out for a skate tonight so I might just make some to reward myself LOL
