I never agreed with making "regular fans" moderators of a Official Board like that. Because often times enough the elected moderators straddle the fence between being a moderator and their old postions. But their is a fine line between being a moderator(not preaching here, because some of us probably already know how hard it is to moderate, myself included!)and being a fan. Personally I think Dyan crossed that line yesterday. She emerged herself as a fan in a situation that called for her to be a moderator. Then she divided the fans, when she used her moderator power to slam the door on thoes that were offended by the perv "porn" post.
What also irrates me is that her "groupies" have taken that chance to have a "go" at us. I had one of her groupies tell me that if we couldn't respect Darren and Dyan's wishes then we didn't deserve to be on the board. In fact she even had the nerve to tell me that I should tell all of my friends that she wanted us to leave the board because we were responsible for all the "childish negativity" on the board.
And now Dyan hinted at the fact last night, that if we don't shapen up and be postive that Sony will shut down the board, like they did Sony SG.

Confesses was concerned at the appointment of one of the moderators too because I didn't believe she had the ability to remain *impartial*

I'm all for perving, I did however, take the time and read some of the posts they were referring to and was somewhat shocked. I never knew they had got THAT graphic. I think you're right when you say that it might be time to bypass the mods and go directly to Sony. And send them some examples of how graphic they have got.

I was noticing that...But I didn't call her on it. She already knows I think she's biased.
