Whoever is sending them is a devious bugger though cos they know that by putting DH's name in the addy, (most) 'fans' will open it!

Now what do I do? I've deleted it but it's too late now! My anti-virus is apparently crap
You know, it wasn't clear what it was about from the subject line. Had I known it was DH related, I probably wouldn't have opened it yet.

This is Maggz's suggestion for dealing with these things:
If you get this email can I suggest you do as I did a few weeks ago and report the person sending the emails to their ISP.
How do you find out who is actually sending the email?
Do the following if you have a virus checker that has deleted the attachment:
Before you delete the email open the email (NOT the attachment) and under file look at the properties of the email. From properties go to Details. You can see by the return path usually where the email came from.
There are more instructions on how to find out where an email came from here (please note only report the abuse to this company if the source is this company - otherwise follow their instructions on how to find out the source):
http://www.energis-squared.net/servi...tify_email.asp
Hope this may be of some help to you

Thanks Janie, I'll remember that
This email didn't have an attachment which is why I didn't think it could have a virus. As I've heard, viruses are usually contained in the attachment
I'm still confused though cos I'm using the anti-virus that Maggz gave a link to and it checks every email and it said this email was virus free. Yet, it's been posted that it does have a virus.

Ivana, all I can suggest is that you PM Maggz over on the Sony site, cos she said on the F/C site that anyone who is still having problems could do so She and Bug are quite up on this sort of thing and she'll probably be able to put your mind at rest about this.
