    Can anyone tell me exactly what this means? I have a rough idea but i wanted to ask around for a sure answer.

    if you mean the fist hitting the chest and then extending his arm out to the crowd, it's a way of saying "you're my homeboy--i mean it from the heart." something like that.

    if it's the girl's finger pointing to something on the guitar, then i have no idea.

    I know I'm being picky here, but it doesn't necessarily have to start in this position. I've seen it the way you described it, but as I said, it didn't necessarily have to be that way. simply raising the right hand to the position that everyone associates with the fascist salute worked in those days. that's why I would disagree with your idea. but that's way off topic now, I guess.
