There was a rumored lineup out a while ago that Kim Nekroman posted on some messageboard. So far it has proven to be completely right. Tiger Army is on it.
Here is the rumored lineup:

I know some of those have already confirmed, including the Rev. and The Living End. There are also I think a few other bands playing that aren't on there. Erica S. mentioned the Charley Horse Band for one.

Just got back from Texas Motor Speedway & the NASCAR races last weekend. Took my 8 year old & had a good time.

I went home the 1st summer from college & it about killed me. I really liked being away & on my own. What are you majoring in?

Its a great lineup, but the Hoots never the same without Social D (or Mike Ness solo) and the Tramps.
