Word around the campfire is that SxDx will disband after they release this last album.
Before you get ready to jump on this post, lets look at some facts:
1.Ness is 41 years of age in one month or so.
(Not a Young punk anymore).
2.Social D has no record contract.
3.The Band produces a record on average every 4 years.
4.Mike is a family man (nothing wrong with that) and will probably spend most of his twilight years with his kids.
Remember this last year or so with the band.
It "MIGHT" Be the end of a legacy....

And just where did YOU hear this 'pearl of wisdom"???
Cause that's not what I heard, and considering WHERE I hear stuff from(aka the horse's mouth), you would think that I would know it first. And what you mentioned hasn't even been brought up in conversation as a possible THOUGHT.

I remember sitting next to my radio way back in the winter of 1981 listening to a live simelcast of the who's final concert on their "farewell tour" broadcast from Toronto Canada. Well, 21 years later, i saw them play at the Verizon Wireless amphitheater. You can take the boy out of the country, but you cant take the country out of the boy mike says. he may hang it up, or he may not. Music is his life and when you are like that, you may take a rest, but you may never walk away.

That's why I decided to go the last night they played.....just in case. You never know. But, I imagine they will tour sometime after they release their new album.
I may not be a roadies wife (RW) but I know alot of people in the OC old school scene, and I haven't heard any rumours.
Alot of people talk out of their ass when it comes to SD, and especially Mike. I hear alot of things that I would never repeat on this board. I know this rumour has nothing to do with jealousy, but in general there are alot of rumours started because of jealousy. It's nice to see that since KOF started this new board, people have been really cool.
