The download jukebox... friend or enemy?

So somewhat recently my bar got a new jukebox and I was a bit excited to see that Social Distortion was one of the bands that I would care to pay 50cents to download songs. I was told by the bartender that if an album gets downloaded enough it stays peremently on the jukebox.

So true to form I play Social D ever time I go in there(which is alot)...

Last night we jumped up and down as we realized that more Social Distortion albums had been added and we played the entire SLNRR album. So now my bartenders hate me!!

But at least I'm not the hippie who played the entire greatful dead album??

Or the wanna be gangsta who played the entire eminem album?

At least Social D songs are fun to drink too!! I think I might catch one of them singing along one day!!

There is a bar here, where its computer jukebox. I don't think its the same thing you're talking about though. But anyways, they had both Mike Ness albums on it. You where only able to play 3 or 4 songs off it, if you wanted to play any of the others you had to pay a dollar for each song.

Ha! I get into song wars when I'm at a bar with one of these! They can be fun, but personally I like a lot of bars because of the music selection they choose to have in their jukebox. I'm glad Marina yuppies can't come in and mess with the jukebox. My fav Jukeboxes - Lucky 13, CavaNova, Hemlock, Zeitgeist.

Boo! My only complaint is that I can't hear the music outside at Zeitgeist. I haven't been to Murio's in a really long time, like 5 or 6 years. Have to check it out.
