Never got to post my thoughts on the DVD when it was discussed earlier, so here goes:

I liked the performance, my only complaint was the fact that it was very obviously recorded on more than one night and the way the songs have been put together don't always flow well. Other than that, it's a great watch. The extras are fun but not an often repeated watch, & yes the bit with the dog is kinda surreal but I think he wanted to show off his now finished car.

<font size="2" face="verdana, arial">On that European comment, I did think that was harsh. And yes I've done just that, bought a ticket to go see SxDx but it is a very expensive round trip. But I guess if you can sell out 10 nights at the HOB in your home town, why go dragging yourself around europe only playing to a handful of people a night.

But that was over a year and half ago when the interview was recorded and they were rarely leaving California then. So with the current tour growing all the time, here's hoping they do decide to come back over here.

If not then I might just have to come visit !! There are few other cool people I've met on the board who have said to look them up if I ever come over again.

anyways what really got me rolling on the floor was mike and his chauhua (ha..don't think i spelled that one right, but you know the little taco bell dog) now don't get me wrong i don't have any less respect for ness, that man has more talent in his little pinky then i will ever have in my entire life. its just that with the type of charisma he gives off on stage i was totally blown away with a whole interview on how he feeds his little dog tofu and tomatoes becuase they're both vegitarians, but you know the little dog eats his dog food too and sometimes the cat food.....and that was basically the whole interview...hahaha it had me laughing my head off!*!*!*!*! like i said i don't think any differently of ness but it just caught me off gaurd, it seemed more like a paris hilton interview then a mike ness interview, but hey every tough guy has his soft side right??? aw so many angles of the talents mike ness ah? still my favorite musician!!!!!!!

YOU NEED TO READ UP BEFORE YOU MAKE STUPID STATEMENTS LIKE THAT .... They will end up touring Europe sometime after the US tour next year.
