New Songs From The New Album That Suck

I listen to the whole CD on my way to work everyday. The CD is good he really fucked up a good thing when he rewrote footprints and angels wings, however the others songs like, Faithless winners and losers, live before you die and highway 101 are GREAT new songs, a little diffrent, but I like the way the albums makes me feel rather then depressed... Like Mike said "I'm gonna barrie my frustrations, grab some of life?s satisfactions".... Well said, it seems like Mike is married with kids and he's happy, which is cool to me...


However Nichols and Dimes is just a silly song, they should have replaced it...

I guess the problem is that I didn't need to listen to "story of my life" or "when she begins" over and over to have them grow on me, I still remeber the first time I heard 'em. And I still love them.

Most of the songs are good...sucks that he re-wrote angels wings (i have a version i bootleged from the phx az show 9-10-01) Wish that "road zombie" and "i wont run no more" where on there. Hopefully they'll make it to a single/b-side or something.

Hey let's not forget about Private Hell. That song ROCKED!!! I have no idea why Mike chose to leave it out and instead have songs like Nickels and Dimes or Faithless. Hopefully it will get recorded in the future.
I at least think that the bad songs on this album are better than the bad songs on previous albums like Prison Bound. Overall though this album ain't bad. I Wasn't Born to Follow, DOn't Take Me for Granted, Winners and Losers, Footprints, Angel's Wings... those are some pretty damn good songs (although i could have done without the rewrites.)

Faithless, Nickels & Dimes, Highway 101 and Live Before You Die don't really do much for me. Overall I liked WLWHWT better.

Ive only heard Reach For The Sky and Nickles and Dimes, I thought Nickles and Dimes was really good/catchy, I dont see whats wrong with it?
