Well, my brother was watching "Smallville", and then during a football game in the show Social D's "Reach For The Sky" was played for the background song!!

I truly believe that this is MAJOR BULLSHIT!!
Social D being played on "WB", give me a fucking break! I mean "WB" is a massmedia chain, so why the fuck is "Reach For The Sky" being treated as a complete mainstream band for it to be aired on "Smallville"?

Fuck!! I'm just pissed at other things right now and this just pushed me over!!

Take it easy. Social D's biggest CDs were released by a "mainstream" label. It just means that people who might not usually have been exposed to the band have been now. I guess without seeing the show, I can't really think of it in the right context, but maybe the band can sell a few more CDs and gain a few fans.

It bugs the shit out of me to see good music in bad places like ads or on the WB, however in Social D's case, I think it is a great way to get a new generation of fans....as long as they don't fuck with me at the shows.....

Good for Social D, I hope they got a nice big pile of cash for the use of their song.

You'd probably be more pissed to know that they played Reach for the Sky for a couple of bumps during a Fox football telecast during week 2.
