I think we should take discussion of this stuff to PM's though. If your fears are of getting busted, well, unless we have a rat here, I think this is one of the safest ways of doing this. But if we are to go only OOP stuff, you are STILL breaking laws. The only thing LEGAL is your own stuff.

I actually had a lebel rep tell me that they are not interested persuing any artists who are not being CURRENTLY promoted, i.e. if its OZZY and its a couple of his OOP albums, they will persue it, If it's something like Roxy Blue...not interested, why you ask? because if they take you to court they have to prove LOSS OF INCOME from the source. If they are not printing it anymore, theres no more income...Mostly its MAJOR labels that are doing it, most of the independents wont touch it with a ten foot pole.

But The point is most of us are on here PURELY for the love of music. I just want it to be something we all enjoy!

And yes PM whats on file or just stating "I put a new one on" is actually a great idea!

Is it me or are others having problems?
Have loaded software and found the folders with our names on but they are all empty??!!
Do the people need to be on line for us to see anything in the folders??

Ok guys

im having a few problems with this. Any help would appreiciated. Have dowload and installed the file. when i try to logon it comes up with an error message.

I get the following messages

An error has occured: login failed
system error message

Login failure unkown username or bad password

I then click on ok and it comes up with the following

Error

Gmailfs was unable to open the volume & enumerate the files

Verify connection to gmail & internet


I did manage to get in under the hardrock80s id and download 6 tracks but then had the problems again

I uploaded to the first Gmail account with no problems

For those having problems finding the files, when the files get uploaded into the folders, they needed to be copy and pasted. Dragging and dropping just moves the folder. Check mine, and you should find my demos in the folders.

Well I did get in on both. the new shared one had the folders but no files. went into hardrockin80s and all the folders were there and then started to download the spike tracks but got to 6 then my connection dropped out when i tried to log in again it came up with the error messages
