I got a THROBS DVD today!

Now, the thing is, I was expecting the language of thieves and vagabonds - but NOOOOOO

Its all big hair etc at the Ritz in 97. Does any one have the kinda later shows?

    Carl
    Apart from the fact I
    am annoyed about you
    never thanking me for the
    LOTTI DVD, the Throbs DVD
    is excellent.

The Throbs is from 87, and big hair. See earlier thread.

Are you serious? I did post on here apologizing about the delay in my saying "thanks" and making mention of my getting the DVD! It took me a bit of time to mention that I got it since my job turned quite hellish for a long spell (still continues) and I was without 'net access for a good amount of time. But I did reply saying I got it, saying "thanks" and even saying I was ready to do US burns. I heard squat back.

Oh, my mistake, I did not actually use the words "thank you" in there, did I?

Thank you VERY much for the DVD! I appreciate it more than words typed into my plastic electronic friend here can ever describe.

As is I. I thought I had made a "thank you" in that post, and had fully intended to make further posts about said DVD after viewing it. But as of this point in time, I have only watched 20 minutes or so of it. I am serious in saying "thank you" and being VERY appreciative of you going to the trouble to send it this way, especially since this is the only way I will ever have a chance to see a band I consider one of the best ever.

Have no fear though, my inquiry about The Throbs was a matter of curiosity, and NOT of looking to get a copy. I was mearly asking a question. These types of situations are the EXACT reason why I try to do as little trading as possible. Too easy to piss somebody off when you have no intention of doing so, and life happens to get in the way of certain aspects of life.
