this would be awesome news if i had any idea who Stars Underground were. i never heard of them the first time around and that was only back in 2001?
good luck with it though!
The word out of Boston is that a Stars underground reunion may be brewing. Rumor has it that all four members of the band have been in contact with each other for the first time in over two years, and may have already started rehearsing.
The Stars Underground web page still has no word on the situation. The bands last release was 2001's "Soundtrack to a Suicide" ep.

Stars Underground is a glam band out of Boston. They are Really good! Greg Scott, the bass player, is an accomplished writer and played in bands such as the Astro Vamps, Touch me Hooker, Never on Sunday, and more. You may want to check out their myspace. A review was done of their album SOUNDTRACK TO A SUICIDE and they LOVED it.
ah Astro Vamps i've heard of, never heard of those other two bands though.
as soon as i get a free moment i'll check out their page, thanks for the heads up.
He also used to post here (not seen him round these parts for a while now)under the name Suicide Junkie.

Glad to hear that they are working together again. I love their EP. Boston is not known to be a "glam city" but the Stars Underground (and not SARS UNDERGOUND, Greg you know what I mean ; ) know how to play glam. Greg told me that the recording of the Ep mentioned was one of the best moments in his life.
