Al has posted about them. You can download two of their albums from their site. I did, I listened to them, and put them away. I didn't like them at all.

I posted on these guys a LONG time ago, being that they are from my town. They never really released an album until now. I've never seen a glam band destory classics like they have. And i don't mean that in a good way. I've heard bar bands due better covers than they did. And they said they did covers to give the crowd a taste of what glam is. I cringed when they did New York Dolls, T-Rex, and even a Heartbreaker tune. They have a couple of good songs that have potential i think. I haven't heard any of the new stuff. And what the FUCK is up with the bass palyer doing a digital bass shit?!?! I'm glad the new album wasn't going to be the epic 2 disc set that was planned. It sounded like a glam band gone prog rock. Yeah the stage show is pretty out there. And yeah i haven't seen them in a couple of months. Maybe they did get better. Maybe pompous lead singers leave a bad taste in my mouth. Who knows. I'll be quiet now.

Well, they may not have done a true album, but the songs on the site that were for download were put across as two albums. I burned them in such the way also. I can't imagine it being a different band though than what I heard, since they were from Lawrence also, and Al there pointed me in their direction.

Lawrence needs a new Kill Whitey, Raeg, Pedaljets, or...help me out here Al...

What the hell are Danger Bob doing? Are they dead now?

I agree really haven't been any good local bands in awhile. And ones that have come up break-up shortly there after, imo. Kim for Kill Whitey is up in Chiacgo still doing her new project The Gelflings.

Danger Bob has been put to rest. They came back as the Mollyphonic Spree and take off of the Polyphonic Spree. But they are trying to come back as re-hash of the Mollyphonic Spree but who knows.
