I've just DL'ed the HD ver. of the Scratch film
at TommyLickertySplitBollox. It's funny. It's
like a precursor to 'Decline of Western... Pt. III'
The AstroVamps look rough as fuck. I think I'm
in LA next January. Can't wait.

normally the good title of the movie is SKRATCH, but i am yet and again waiting that the Director send me the newest version of the Trailer...
effectively, i really urge to see that movie !
normally there is also Rebel Rebel, stars from mars, O of UCS, and Dro from Deadstar Assembly featuring in that movie... and i guess Revlon Red ??? (they can't forget Revlon Red, i bet they are in the movie... it is one of the craziest stage i have ever seen... i have so much laughed... (i mean it was great... make me laugh is the best thing that can happen) )

about Astro Vamps, rough as FUCK yeah indeed... i accidentally saw a certain special video (unless the dvd cover... it was enough for me...) with them... it was really FUCK, indeed... it would seem that these guys have been enough proud of their sexual performs for shooting it and release a dvd...

?????

well i stop there... since i could get really really too sarcastic... and that is not the goal, since i heard their music on their website and i liked it...

I thought it was well edited. I recognised lots
of Final Cut Pro/Livetype stuff in there.

I thought some of the girls looked quite sexy,
some of the guys looked coke'ed out and camped
up to death, and The AstroVamps looked a bit

Well, i think it is kind of finished except the matter of the LOGO, that is not SCRATCH anymore but SKRATCH... and that is rather an annoying matter...

Except this lil point, the trailer is great like that [img]smile.gif[/img]

The main-menu page has red text over the graphic
which is unreadable in some parts.

'Tommylick Entertainment' text looks a little
prosaic, a little basic - why not make that
a graphic too, and do something interesting with
it in Photoshop?

I don't see the point in updating the image every
10 seconds, if the links/thumbnails to the other
images are available to click in the left frame.

Also, HTML (as opposed to Flash) websites which
open a new window for every link, are annoyingly
dated nowadays.

You probably want to get your code validated by
the W3C people too: http://validator.w3.org/

ohhh the text is on the pic... i hate html !
(yes photoshop and image ready... but it will wait about 2 weeks...i am too busy right now* and it is not after 4 daily hours of traject that i am going to do that... not this upcoming week*)... (what is your web browser ? and screen resolution ?...i am using firefox and did not get that problem... by curiosity*)
i chose html because it is easier referrenced by search motors than Flash websites and also, if the director really needs to do updates he can easily open the files in a type software as open office or word... that's the reason : simplicity...

also, it is interesting to use flash when you really need to do animation with layers, interpolations & keys and you have to script these animations for interactivity...
for this website ??? i don't see the use... indeed, the director with his wishes did not let me think it was necessary doing a such design...
use someting because it is "fashion" for doing the same thing than before... it is only stupid and heavier to load for ppl having not the adsl.

for the refresh, well it is like a diaporama, it is just because personnally if i have to click on every pics in a gallery, it fuckin' annoy me.
i guess it is a matter of personnal preferencies...

W3C, i am sorry, i absolutely don't know what it is...

AT LEAST, yes of course it is interesting to know what other ppl think about something you have done... sometimes there are failures you don't have seen and it allows being informed about that and get better.

yes flash, by thinking again about it...
it is just it is not my job, and i don't have lot of time, and as consequency it takes me more time for really knowing the software... but i may try to prepare a new design in FLASH in about two weeks... you r right...

i just need enough time for doing that...
being alone @ home in peace with nobody to do noise and bother me and ask me to cook something or clean something by thinking i am the maid of this #### house.... grrrrrr****

for the tommylick entertainment, if there was an existing logo, i would use it, but there is not... and i have always tthis big problem of time... also work with someone living on the other side of the globe ain't the easiest thing in the world... and so with a simple font i could not do failures...

but maybe you can tell me, how can i include special fonts in my html pages or swf animations ???

if you could tell me that, it would be helpful.

and sorry by advance for this "digression" regarding to the original subject of the thread... i'll pm you for more infos if you are agree

I am using Firefox 1.0.4 to view your site. The
red text over graphics sucks.

ector-made sites. The future is now.
