I can't sleep anymore
I don't know what for
this is the closest I've ever been
I've never been to BOston
I've never been to Spain
Never been to FRANCE
and I'm tired of all this paine
Its time I made a stance

life is like a piece of glass that could shatter so fast
I'm gonna really miss ya man but I got to do what I can

was i too fat for you
or did you wish my eyes were blue
and you really don't know me
don't know who I want to be
I'm gonna turn my head and run
this time I'm finally done

i'm gonna lose myself tonight
cried so much i lost my sight
and i've been thinking its alright
but i better be polite
so people won't get mad
Oh.....I'll make them all so glad

i like this a lot. the third stanza and the second lines of the fourth...are very good.
"cried so much i lost my sight" is just beautiful. where did the title 'silk' come from??
