    Lightbulb

    Lightning Strikes once again...
    Tearing apart trees and limb,
    Ears pop,
    Eyes dim,
    Hair stands tall,
    and body feels thin,
    Blood squirts out,
    Finger nails explode,
    Sholderblades begin to fold.
As the light begins to dim,
    a scale moves closer within,
weighing the good and the bad,
    the great and the terrible,
    the honorable and the regretable,
right and left the scales goes,
    which side will it decide?
Better yet were will i go?
Light becomes dark and then light again,
    Standing up feeling quite tired,
i find myself surrounded by green.
All actions have consequences no matter what they are there will be consequenses.
Green is all around and i see no reds or blacks or even blues.
And i wonder what have i discovered?
    Is it that of growth,
    or more simply put,
is it that of reality itself?
As you think about this question ask yourself does existence truly ever end?
Will there always be green surrounding you, and with that green what will you do? Will you embrace it or will you choose to decline it?

    I like this piece.
It's more evolved than some of your other work.
    I like it!
the only part that I don't really care for (in this, or any poem for that matter, even though I used to do it quite often)...
    is the last few lines..
I don't like poems that end in questions... and "deep" questions at that.
I dont mind a question thrown in here or there in a poem, but not this kinda "BAM - here's a question - i'm done now" kinda way.
Other than that, I really liked it.
