TITLE: Compensation Manager

LOCATION: Montgomery County, PA

DESCRIPTION: Establish and maintain market based compensation practices and performance based compensation system. Integrate and assure consistent compensation practices for various company locations. Manage Venture Capital equity/options incentive program to attract top talent.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 7-10 years experience in financial analysis, compensation, or financial consulting required. Must have a strong compensation administration background and understanding of comp practices within financial services industries. Excellent quantitative, analytical, and computer skills are desired. Must be detail oriented, organized and able to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management is required. CCP/MBA is a plus.
