The Human Resources manager is a strategic business partner and a key member of the Manufacturing Management team. The HR manager oversees all areas of human resources, including human-resources administration, recruiting, training and development. As part of this position, the HR manager will be responsible for, administration, employee/labor relations, benefits, time and attendance, compensation and wage/hour issues. Successful individuals in this role will have a TRUE HANDS-ON approach as well as the ability to interact successfully with corporate and hourly staff. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in human resources or business administration, B.A./B.S. degree required, 5 or more years' experience in HR management in a manufacturing/hourly environment. Non-union facility.
