Kiehls, a newly purchased division of L'Oreal USA, has a position available for an HR Manager in its West Caldwell, New Jersey plant.

Kiehls is a prestige skin and body care line sold in specialty department stores and in its own flagship store in NYC's Greenwich Village.

The HR Manager will be responsible for day to day manufacturing HR issues reporting to a corporate HR function. This is a union shop and the position requires knowledge of union practices, particularly in a manufacturing environment.

Initially, a significant portion of time will be spent on integrating this new division into L'Oreal USA's compensation, benefits and policies.

SKILLS required - Three to five years HR experience in a supervisory role. Prior experience in a union environment is required as is the ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills (oral and written) are a must as are computer skills (MS OFFICE, PeopleSoft)
