Salary: $80-95K, plus incentive and stock option eligible based on performance
Reports to: Dir. Leadership and Organizational Development (who
reports to SVP of HR - John R. Arrington - ex GE guy)

Based in Bristol, CT HQ environment of a $800MM company.
Traditional business attire (.add the starch). Will hire their own
assistant/paraprofessional as only staff support. New position. "A"
player. Excellent Recruiter. Has to enjoy the "hunt" of staffing. Would
focus on both US and non-US jobs with midpoints of $88-150K.(Annual
traffic in this range was 21 positions in 2000 and 26 in 2001, company
wide in all disciplines.) Need someone who can set-up and establish a
corporate recruiting presence. Great assessment skills. Can work in
matrix organization. Knows how to negotiate favorable deals with search
firms (except mine of course). Knows how to use and leverage the
internet for staffing. Coordinate job fairs. Sponsor corporate-wide
selection training.
