BENEFITS ANALYST ? PRINCETON, NJ ? 1 month assignment with potential to convert to regular position.

Administer multiple benefits programs and serve as advisor to both HR/benefits personnel and employees with eligibility, coverage and claims issues. Maintain and update benefit records internally and with external benefit plan providers. Coordinate annual open enrollment process and assist with development of benefit policies, plan design, costs and procedures. Manage the day to day activities for the disability plan and FMLA/NJLA for Princeton employees. Responsibilities include vendor management for national medical, dental, vision, and disability plans. Produce and review monthly benefit plan self-billing premium statements for providers. HR database maintenance, validation, and transaction processing. Serve as liaison between company/employees and benefit plan providers.

Required Skills:
Strong communication, math and computer skills (Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Lotus Notes). Knowledge of HR database programs (Peoplesoft preferred). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within assigned time frames.

Educational Requirements:
BA/BS preferred or additional related work experience. At least 3-5 years of Benefits and or HR experience. Preferred broad based benefits administration knowledge and experience.
