DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for providing administrative assistance for all the recruiting functions within the department as well as assisting with the coordination, tracking, and staffing of all temporary positions within the corporate and branch network.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
? Ensure compliance to OFCCP regulations by posting all open requisitions
to outreach agencies.
? Prepare new hire packages and offer letters for all new hires.
? Prepare letters of regret as necessary.
? Process and track recruitment invoices.
? Assist with the scheduling, tracking, and reporting of all temporary
employees via employment agencies as necessary.
? Send out application packages as necessary.
? Assist managers with utilization of the Applicant Tracking System.
? Assist in the development of all ATS reports.
? Update all information in the ATS system to ensure data integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS
? Associates degree or college coursework preferred
? 1-2 years administrative experience preferably in Human Resources
? Ability to maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Excellent customer service skills
? Excellent attention to detail
? Excellent organizational skills
? MS Office proficiency required
? Previous Experience with HRIS or similar database management system a plus
