I would recommend you two things pertaining to this announcement. First, try to do a security background check of all your potential staff. Previously, I omitted that, and we had cases of theft in our warehouse. Then we implemented a very effective tracking system I read about here and that, fortunately, ceased to happen. I had to dismiss the guilty staff, though. So, having proper monitoring is the second recommendation, as you may have guessed.
