We are currently working with a call center in Beaverton who are hiring 450
Customer Service personnel to support a new tax accounting contract. The
season is limited and the positions will last 3-4 months. Applicants who show
that they are reliable and good at working online with inbound calls have
opportunity to be considered to be hired for regular fulltime status, as soon
as this project is completed.

Applicants do not need previous customer service call center experience. They
do need to have the ability to clearly communicate over the telephone, basic
typing 20 wpm and be able to learn a new system.

All positions are fulltime. There are no exceptions. Dress code is very
casual.

REQ: 6 MONTHS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXP. BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS. MACINTOSH A PLUS.
JOB: PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT VIA , TELEPHONE, EMAIL AND/OR CHAT FOR A VARIETY OF TAX/LEGAL SOFTWARE , PRODUCTS.ASSIST CUSTOMERS WITH INSTALL/CONFIGURE SOFTWARE.
2 WEEK PAID, TRAINING PROVIDED HRS: FLEXIBLE MON-THURS 5AM-7PM AND FRI-SUN 6AM-3PM ,
UP TO 4-MONTH POSITION/POSSIBLE TEMP TO PERM.

Great bridge job or entry level job for the right applicants. Two types of
CSRs hired. Those with lighter technical knowledge and those with extensive
technical understanding.

Pay $9.00 per hour with two weeks training.
