i went and saw BTE play at the river last
night!! oh man... it was so awesome!!!!!

my first live BTE concert! HEAVEN!

though i was a bit disappointed in the fact
that they didn't play two of the songs i
requested (on their site)... not to mention
the fact that this venue was SUPPOSED to be
a part of their 'closer' tour.... and they
only played 2 songs from the album...

and filled the rest of the 2 hours with
7 (count 'em... SEVEN) mainstream songs.

that pissed me off.... basically because
i reeeeeaaaaaally wanted them to play my
songs... [img]graemlins/cry.gif[/img]

anyways.. it was still fucking awesome....

i also bought their newly released DVD...

i wanted to purchase something a bit more
gay and typical... but all of the items
they had for sale could be purchased on
the website (including the DVD)... and if
i wanted to buy those things, i'm more down
with buying from the site (since it seems
more deliberate rather than buying a site
item from a venue... bah... it makes sense
to me!!!)

anyways.... the fucking CHERRY on top of this
badass event has to be this....

now i know that in a normal capacity, this
wouldn't be so bad... i mean, i'm sure its
the cliche thing to say to female admirers...

however.... the mofo is 35 years old....
i'm not THAT much younger than he... and
quite frankly, i blame my appearance on the
fact that he considered me to be about 16
(i didn't get all garbed up... hair in
ponytail, etc... mainly cuz i was attending
a fucking free concert in the cold and i
don't give a fuck).

ugh! i was horrified.

anyways.... needless to say... it was perfect....
even with the flub comment... i loved it.

the 98 Degrees concert at Wild Adventures in Georgia. I think I was the ONLY female there over the age of 16! Not to mention I waited in a thunderstorm literally trying to win backstage passes. BUT, I did get within 5 feet of Nick Lachey long enough to get a close up picture.
