loud people....

i think i have the loudest people for neighbors.
its weird, everytime they leave, the door is slammed.
everytime they enter that freakin door, its immediately slammed behind them.
i can hear them watching television...i can hear them in the restroom (don't ask).

when they drive out from the driveway, they are even loud about that.

so i have come to a question:
are these people freaks?
