    i dislike the tazers for anything... adults,
    children, humans and animals....
    but yeah... its definitely unnecessary.

    MY OPINION:

    To me, this is just WRONG!
    The kid was 6 for crying outloud! He was unruly YES, he did not kill, rape, steal, murder, he did not break any major laws or sins. ALL kids are unruly at one point or time in their life, that is JUST being a kid. BUT THIS? This is just........well I'll just say it. It's FUCKED UP!

    WHO in the hell thought that THIS was a good idea? AND, WHY in the hell are we shocking and using shocking devices meant for ADULTS on children for god's sake? This pisses me off!
