Food for pets is ALWAYS claiming to taste like some other delicious gourmet dinner.
Therefore, have a taste of everything before giving it to the pets. Test it out for myself before inflicting the horror upon anyone else (even if they are only mice & kitties).

Well there's this lady who started a business and she makes pet treats.. Doughnuts and biscuits things like that, but she makes them so they are edible for us aswell.
On this TV program where I heard of this company, they showed a clip of the pet shop owner opening up shop in the morning, making a coffee, then going to this shelf with all those products, picked up his 'favourite' opened the packet and dunked the biscuit in his coffee.
I thought it was funny [img]tongue.gif[/img] [img]redface.gif[/img]
But yeah, this chick made this company because she didn't believe we should feed our pets anything that we ourself wouldn't eat..

For some reason i have two cans of tuna lying around in my room. Dunno why i bought them, but every time i look at them i get this..dry feeling in the back of my mouth, the way it feels when you?d eat it.
But. because they?re big cans, i dare not open them, unless it would be to replace some meal.

i haven't eaten cat food... but once when i was
a kid visiting my aunt in texas... i snagged
a dog treat and gave it a try.
although no one saw me... i still decided to hide
in the closet while i tried it.
i've never revealed that to anyone, i don't think.

I had a few of the Bean Sceners round here last night plus a few..
Hayley and Adma were saying when he has drunk enough, that he will eat dog food. Not dry biscuits, but the wet meaty stuff. Well, my older brother, who had started drinking a while before they had arrived decided he'd be all manly and take a mouthful of it. He couldn't swallow it, but it was in his mouth for a while, and when watching him spit it out, he had clearly chewed it up quite nicely.
Hayles looked like she was about to chuck [img]tongue.gif[/img]
the cat food was actually pretty good.. had sort of a... dunno.. pate sort of taste.
