..ever so briefly yesterday. After two depressing weeks of low clouds and fog its nice to see it again. Our area gets lots of sun in the summer, but in the winter we can delve into these 1,2 maybe 3 week stretches where the forecast reads;Fog and low clouds, high 35 low 30.

    Of course its raining today...

At first I thought this topic was going to be a Yahoo newsbrief of the Lord's second coming.

BTW, I've always meant to ask you....why live in a place that rains that much?

You should move to someplace warmer and happier...

    ...like Little Rock, Arkansas!

Weathers important to me,...I farm you know.In fact during the summer I can watch a forecast and tell how much "dew" we'll have in the morning.Dew is important to a hay farmer,it tells him/her how early he'll have to start working his hay in the morning.

Wind, rain, cold temps all factor into my decisions on what to do.

One could make a joke. I cannot think of anything that would be funny right now though.

The weather here is the same as it always is, sunny. Right now it is somewhat cold, but it is also the early morning.

There is a possibility of rain on the weekend, but I do not think it is going to happen.

It doesnt rain all that much where I live in Washington.I live in the eastern half.We get hot weather in the summer and cold in the winter, whereas western washington(Seattle) has more moderate summers and winters. In fact western Wa. and Eastern Wa. are completely different, western being trees and mountains and eastern, where I live, being desert and agriculture. Its great in the summer,a nice dry heat with lots of days over 90 with an average of 7 days over 100.Sheesh,I sound like the tourism board.

The winters can be full of lots of fog and low clouds or we can have lots of snow and possibly below 0 temps.First 2 years I lived in my house it got down to 20 below and the pipes in my well house froze.Had to melt snow on the stove to pour over the frozen pipes to thaw them out.Thats always fun!Hasnt been like that in 5 or 6 years though.
