    Anyhow Zela I think what you are feeling for lack of better terms is called being normal. If you couldn't do that or have the ability to be able to MAKE yourself happy or feel happier and see small changes for what they were worth they would prolly label you with some condition and put you on antidepressants. You are fine.. I think your body is and mind are just trying to help keep you balanced when it see it is tilting out of whack and when it does this you recongize it as a intrusion in your emotions.

    well.. cya.. i'm doing it rationally, not by reflex, so that's the wierd thing. But i think it's.. a good thing, i was just wondering if you all do/have it too.
