Being a huge cheapskate, i only tip when the place has either very good food or very good service.
I'm quite a generous tipper... it's all about the persons attitude and service tho.
Someone unique....but not a moron is a plus too.
i have a tendency to increase my tip amount if the person (this only works for females) is a fairly attractive individual
im cheap also, so the most i tip is 2bucks lol, unless they are really nasty lookin
