I doubt that, i can't imagine that a spider would willfully climb towards your mouth when you breathe over there. Most insects dislike strong air currents, not to mention their underground moving.

Yea, it sounds like another urban legend; like the one going around in the early-80's about Bubble-Yum gum having spiders eggs in them, which would hatch in your stomach if you swallowed the gum.
