I saw the scene several times now and I just didn't find it any big deal what-so-ever. It was a very quick senario. Both Brit and Christina were dressed as brides and Madonna the groom. It was a planned kiss and was constantly hinted at during the red carpet show that preceeded the real show to come, that the opening act was one that would be talked about.

I agree Madonna looked flawless as she is an icon and a veteran of the stage. The other too looked clumsy and Britney looked down right nervous and awkward. Of course its for shock value and promotion. Madonna doesn't need it and its almost expected of her with her kick in the ass attitude, but the other 2 need everything they can get. So there ya go. Thats what I got out of it.

I guess I am just an dirty old man. I liked the kiss and didn't even get to see it except in avi form. Madonna is aging and Britney is just barely out of diapers but I think it accomplished what they were looking for. [img]eek.gif[/img]

Justin was upset, or shocked, because brittney has already told him in private (during their relationship) that she hated madonna and would never work on a song with her.

...I want madonna to kick me in the gonads one day.
