Yeah, Georgia has a cold front moving in this week and they are saying the high 30's. That's the one thig I hate about winter! You are GUARANTEED to get sick as hell atleast TWICE before the season is over!
Rich is in the army of course, and his 1st SGT called telling them they had a mandantory meeting about range safety and firearms safety, and other safety meetings for the soldiers. They were required to be there or face really ugly consequences. In the army if you get in trouble, it's not a regular write up like on a normal job. It's called "Article 15" and some soldiers who get them can be found on the military base on Saturdays, which is suppose to be their day off, cutting grass, picking up trash, all over the base.
Anyway....I'm off the subject sorry.
Rich shows up only to find out, it's not a safety meeting at all. They were told it was a mandantory safety meeting to get every soldier in Rich's unit there to get a flu shot.
I've already got a bad cold with that damn tickling in your throat that makes you caugh up a lung. I HATE [img]graemlins/grrr.gif[/img] being sick!!!!!
Get's my hot water bottle, heating pad, electric blanket, chicken soup and warm fuzzy slippers out. Ok, I think I'm prepaired!

Ya know what I have heard that I just find crazy!
People go and get flu shots to AVOID the flu, but as soon as they get the flu shot, they get sicker than hell anyway. I have had ALOT of people tell me this that got their flu shots. Doesn't that defeat the purpose?? Why go and get a shot to avoid being sick, if it's just gonna make you sick anyway??
