the story is simple: i was going to try
and make a new pastry dessert
why? because i fuckin feel like it
i go to the local kroger to pick up some of
that ready-made pillsbury pie crust shit...
...because i was too interested in seeing if
my dessert filling would work... that i
couldn't be bothered with making fucking crust.
BUT FUCKING KROGER DOESN'T CARRY IT!!!!
so i'm apt to find something suitable...
as i didn't have time to go some place else.
so the only similar thing i found was...
...FUCKING FILLO DOUGH

so i've never tried this shit... but i
get it anyway due to the previous reasons
AND because i thought it would be a new
experience...
oh lord.... what a fucking mistake!
when they say that the dough is paper thin...
rest assured they aren't bsing....
its THINNER than fucking paper...
and it dries out FAST... so you have to
butter each er.... piece individually...
which makes each piece not only thinner
than paper... but the equvalent to edible
wet tissue....
so i'm workin with this shit... buttering...
folding... peeling... buttering...
it fuckin SUCKS!
i only used half the package of dough for
the dessert i needed. but do you think i
bothered to save the CURSED remaining
portion? FUCK NO!
the shit is in the oven now... and to be
honest... i don't care if it burns and
dries out so bad that it blows away...
but if it turns out....
