INDEED!!!!!!!!

Heard it was going up so I Gassed up sunday night at $2.77 ($2.89 minus 12 cents a gallon discount)

Unreal that the price is so high now.
Paying an extra $10.90 for every ten gallons from when it was $2.00 a gallon.
Forcing people to make choices and cut costs elsewhere.
Looking for deals (some like myself always do )
Simply amazing.
I've said it before and I'll say it again.
For many, the choices are becoming cutting out certain expenses and changing what they do on their days off.
All of a sudden dinner and a movie becomes dinner OR a movie.
People like myself who use point cards at stores and place for discounts and future freebies look pretty darn smart (even to those who still mock us)

Funny thing is, right as I typed that movie thing I just remembered that I have a free movie pass that I got from using those points cards LOL!

Shop smart, be smart, take advantage of deals and free offers and you can still have just as much fun as you normally do.
Free concerts in the park with some take out or something can make a good date night.

Dont let the price of gas run your life.
It can change it a bit as far as your decision making goes, but dont let it keep you from having a good time.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to decide whether or not to go lay by the P L
Oh such a tough decision it is!

Case in point, the purple people bridge is lowering some of it's prices.

Now $39.95 on weekdays and $59.95 on weekends
Kids 12 and over and those with valid collge id's go for $29.95

Well it's still $2.76 for regular here for the most part. I get right around 30 mpg (not bad for a 16 yr old car!) so it isn't effecting me that much. During the week I go back and forth to work and I take Bandit to the park one evening a week that's about it, on the weekends I go no further than the beaches and all of them I go to are 10 miles or less from home so I'm still getting away with spending about $20/week. Would not want to still be driving some of the gas guzzlers I had in the past though. My 1977 Lincoln Mark V was about the worst. I think it got about 8 mpg. Even if I were rich I wouldn't drive a vehicle that much of a gas guzzler now just out of principle.

The new car I'm buying gets in the 40 mpg range, which will be great,
Should have it soon.
A fender bender tuesday means a rental for a few days, but soon enough I'll probably have my new ride.
