And on the second point - that we are more inclined to better tolerate changes in temperatures is reflected in your own repeated comments about your reaction to minor weather changes:

Oh, when the temperature hits 39 - "I'm FREEZING"

Oh, the temperature went down 15 degrees - "MY SINUSES!"

Oh, the temperature's in the 60's - "I CAN'T SWIM LIKE I USED TO!"

I just went outside, it's raining and the temperature feels like it's 20 degrees cooler than yesterday. I don't mind it - and even if I did I don't think the rest of the world cares.

I'm delivering because it appears this is exactly what he wants. I feel hesitant because the last episode went on forever, and it entered territory that made me feel uncomfortable. It went from a true difference of opinion into feeding his sado-masochistic tendencies, where he'd come back to the trough again and again and again, eagerly taking the abuse.

We see him here returning for more.

I realized the last time that we were no longer adversaries, but I had inadvertantly entered a bizzare online master-slave relationship, with me taking the dominant role. Little did I realize at the time that GL had become my bitch.

I don't want this to happen again.

But for now I'd have to say if you asked GL, "Whose your Daddy?" the only appropriate response would be this:

I am.

Am I the only one who can really appreciate - and love - a chilly gray day?

I don't want them all the time, but I don't mind them around Thanksgiving, Christmas, and at points where variation makes things interesting.
