Eeeek! Not only that but consider severe memory loss part of the problem.
Studies show that a person between the ages of 20 to 40 that have consistently dappled in alcohol consumption... (and when I say dappled, I'm really saying pretty heavy social drinking- like on a daily basis) have a loss of memory along with damage of brain cells and how they work.
The longer you drink and the higher quantity you drink and the older you get, the worse your memory can become. It's not proven, however, that this is the case in every person.

See I can't drink at all. I am allergic to beer (gives me flu like symptoms if I drink so much as a shot glass) and hard liquor, well let's just say it causes problems for me. Open bottle, finish bottle grab another bottle...So the only way for me to maintain control is to not touch it at all. Last time I was intoxicated was in 1996. I intended to have -1- glass of wine in my garden while I made a painting. 2 bottles later and I had the worst hang-over the next day and I promised myself, no more. Have not touched a drop since other than one glass of champagne to celebrate the demise of PILS in 2000.
