Just got a Chambers C model from a lady who had it since it was new. When she saw how much I admired it she wanted me to have it. She was moving and it was just going to be left with the house. All the pots and pans and owners manual and cookbook. Looks and cooks great. Question! can they be fitted with electronic starters? An who could do this? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, they can be retro-fitted with automatic pilot lighters for the oven. My Chambers B has one. From my readings, there are antique automatic lighting units that cost a lot, and then there are new ones that can be obtained thru stove restoration places. The Old Appliance Club can be helpful with this. And I've been told Hugh's Place in Louisiana is one of the best for Chambers.

congrats on your new stove!
just to clarify; as "2be" mentioned, you can have automatic oven lighting via a safety system. this also turns off gas if oven pilot goes out and is required in most places (but some of folks do without).see previous threads on this site.
re elecronic ignition; modern stoves dont use pilots. oven has electric ignitor that heats up and triggers gas valve. burners have spark ignition. i hope thats not what your wanting! i saw it done on an old wedgewood stove, major project and major cost!!
good luck!
