    The Clock mechanism will fit and mount to the front
    of the chambers. I could not get the shaft to mount to the original chambers knob.
    I bought approximately 6 of them right after I
    got my C.
    There are some post on the subject.
    I think that The Uncertain Stoveman tried the same thing at some point.

    I have located a couple of vintage metal lux timers. Can I use the guts from one of these to replace the timer on my "C" since I have the dial and outer case and shaft that the dial attaches to??????
