I dunno. I Everyone I have ever met online I met here. Eight years is a long time for me. Give me a week to think about it and pm your place so I can check it out. My step sister and niece have a my space and it is ok. Its not like I have my pc speakers on and music makes a difference to me. I have never heard of facebook or scrabulous. I am guessig one is a game? E-mail me at my excite box before 1pm my time and I will look it over at lunch.
This is not an easy decision for me. Henk, Alex, Karen & Bonnie were the first people I ever met online and to give up the place where it all started will be difficult.
Have you e-mailed mom?

WELL I am not saying give it up all together...but knowing you limited amount of time you get on the pc can leave you clamoring for more. Um facebook was designed for college students and professors then they added public/private high schools and lastly the general public. Just in the last month or too facebook has added awesome applications where you can list your favorite movies/music and so on BUT NOW THE HAVE SCRABBLE and it ROCKS!!! My Myspace is still nice because its fun to set the page up and get graphic messages from all your friends...which you can do here as well but facebook is just getting awesome...you can send and receive growing gifts/support causes...I will pm you.

Note a definite "nay" for me. I will never, ever, ever, never-ever be caught dead on facebook and/or myspace. I hate it that people I don't even know, suddenly know me through people I know.
I don't want to make new friends. I don't want people leaving posts on my facebook. So I don't see the point.
Where's the emoticon for grouchy anyway?

You sure about that? Tried ego-googling already? I do that all the time. Recently found an article I once wrote I even forgot about myself. It's like the villain on Smallville once said, "memories fade, but a Google search lasts forever."

I google search all the time because I do research andI know several of my step sibs and nieces & nephews have My Space but it still won't allow a link to show. AT least in these cases. I have no desire to join My Space but I have to say that Facebook is a lot of fun...if only for the Scarbble.

Also...I didn't use my name....I gave myself a handle ( which at the time was meant to be funny because they had just opened up to public use and my college age son had refused myspace because he was cooler than that (now I know why). Myspace for hooking up LOL!!!I used a different email account that I normally use as well...JUST A THOUGHT!!!
