Hi all! To keep my house clean and tidy at all times, for many years I subscribed to the Handy service, and they sent me a member of staff every month to clean my apartment. One day I decided to cancel their services and canceled them. The next month, I saw that I was still being charged. To correct this unpleasant situation, I contacted handy customer service informed them about the problem, and they were happy to help me cancel the subscription, and also returned the money that was taken from me.
