I can't remember ever having plum jelly, I do love those big black plums though. This was a great blackberry season in this area, would have been a good year to put up some BB jelly or preserves.

I wish I would have paid more attention when my Mom canned.
She had a huge pressure cooker and put up all kinds of good stuff from the garden.
The only thing I know how to can is my Hot peppers.

I love to cook to, but lately it has been too hot in my house, I'll be glad when it cools down a bit, I'm craving home made meatballs and speggetti, with fresh garlic bread.
