almost canning time

gotta get to the farmers mkt for some goodies to can...everyone loves my pickles and relishes...since I don't garden anymore it is the farmers mkt for meeee..anone have some good pickle recipes??

My mom used to can all summer long, I loved her canned fruit (peaches, apples, blackberries, gooseberries), and I remember raiding the pantrey and grabbing canned tomatoes, greenbeans.
I wish I had learned to can from her [img]frown.gif[/img]

I've gotta clean out my freezer...got a ton of fruit and berries from last summer...didn't get to make any jams or jellies because pethead was so sick...but they should still be ok...we will see....glad I have lots of jars...the prices of canning jars is through the ceiling right now..
