I love fanfiction and read most stories off of FanFiction.net, but the problem with those big ffic archives is that you have to sift through Mary-sue stories to get to the good ones...and sometimes I just don't have alot of time to do that. I'm really bummed about the scarcity of the Count Cain fanfiction (there's only 3 on FF.net ) but managed to find one or two other good ones. If a fanfic part on sakura-crisis.net was made, and easy way to do it would be to have a section on the message board so as Sakura and Crisis don't have to worry about posting fanfiction AND scanlations. P.S. Where does you're avatar come from? I've never seen that character before. ^_^;

Okay, you've probably had this suggestion before, but here goes:
Why not throw a ffic section in the mix? I mean, why'le you've got us all here reading scanlations, you might as well give us the incentive to stay a bit longer. I'm thinking, just ffic for the mangas you scanlate here. Especially for the less well known titles that dont have much online fandom elsewhwere.
Not that s-c net isnt fantastic already
(Oh, and I dont know about anyone else, but the Earl Cain suspense is killing me).

Ooh, I love your idea. I actually have been thinking about making a fan section on s-c.net, since I have some fanart that people have submitted which I want to post up. ^^ Ergh...I've never really found the time to do it though...but now that you've given me new incentive, I'll try to get a fan section up right away! (Grrr...I know what you mean. Not many people know about Count Cain, even though it's growing in popularity, so there's virtually no fiction on it. Pity!)

I agree ff.net isnt worth the bother these days, too big. And they got rid of nc-17's. Boo.
I've had a go at a few earl cain fics, but never finished any. Might go back to them now, though.
As for my avatar, it's a character from K no Souretsu (funeral procession of K) by Maki Kusumoto. It's an utterly surreal, sexy 2 book manga from the mid '90's. Looks kinda gothic/italian. It's pretty hard to find, I only borrowed it from someone, but worth looking for.
Her official site is http://www.makikusumoto.jp

I was so heart broken when ff.net took on the nc-17 rating. That meant so many of my favorite stories had to go I've always wanted to write Count Cain fanfiction, but when it comes to 19th Century England...I haven't gotten the grasp of it yet. ^_^;; As for fanart...I love to look at it since I can't draw even stick men. (That's why my friends won't let me play Pictionary! )

You shame me. As an english (yet not C19th) third year fine art student, I really should be a better fan.
Yeah, anyway, where do ffnet get off with that, couldn't thay have just put them all behind warning/disclaimer pages or something. I mean, I thought the whole point of the internet was the distribution of smut. >;P

That's what they should have done! It's people's own fault if they read the story! The ratings are clearly labeled and even a little box popped up warning you again. Well, that's what happens when you have so many idiots in the world. The good people have to suffer.
