I remember my daddy losing his station during the gas rationing of the mid 70's. He was only given 8-10,000 gallons every 2 days and it was usually gone my noon on the 1st day. I use to pump the gas, check the fluids, clean the windows and such during the summer to help out. It was lean times and it hurt me to watch my daddy struggle!!!

Oh Sis, I'm so sorry to hear that. Its hard when a family stuggles and can't make it. But I bet you were the one of reason the gas sold out so fast

Good Morning Ladies, Its good to see you stopping by for a moment or too. I hope you're both doing well.
BMR, we had the same shock when we filled our beast after the recent price jump. I could fill 'er up for a bit over $20. now its nearly $45. to fill it up, which we can't afford to do very often.
Falling, is that for a liter of gas?
Our local station dropped the price another couple of cents, It is now $2.75....Still too damn much.

I went into the BP gas station today and...
Asked for five dollars worth of gas.
The clerk farted and gave me a receipt...
